Let them dance, those who come to dance.
Let them listen, those who want to listen. For everyone there is a rhythmic tango, conceited and unpredictable prevailing in my city. I sing because I live the emotion of the tango... rhythmic and show off. I sing when someone shouts the word that here is a braggart tango looking for a heart. To silence those who are disclosing that the tango is sad, that it’s dance and sound of the mud; to silence them up I ‘m passing them the scoop my tango is sad dance but it is song of high standing. To silence them up I send them in two by four measure this virile cadence that becomes song. If they’re sensitive, they’ll see that it is not from the mud that one who wraps in tangos his heart. Let them dance, those who come to dance. Let the rest of them keep listening. Today I have the emotion wrapped in tango and that is why I feel daring at the sound of its beat. I sing because I live the emotion of the tango rhythmic and show off. I sing when someone shouts the word that here is a braggart tango looking for a heart. |
